Kowboy Fence Louisville is rapidly expanding, and we're looking for a sales rep to grow with this market. We provide a strong foundation a branded company vehicle, fuel and maintenance covered, a flow of pre-vetted inbound leads in your CRM, and full W-2 employment with health insurance and 401k. But the estimators who thrive here don't stop at the leads we hand them they're building referral relationships, working their network, and creating their own opportunities in the market. This is a commission only role for someone who wants the income ceiling of running their own business, with the stability of being a full employee.

What You'll Do:

• Drive your Kowboy vehicle to scheduled on-site appointments to measure, design, and assess residential fencing projects.
• Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate quotes on-site using our tech-forward systems.
• Build your own pipeline alongside our inbound leads, networking, referrals, and local presence that keep your calendar full.
• Educate homeowners on materials, products, and local codes to help them choose the right solution.
• Track all activity in HubSpot for timely follow-up and a smooth hand-off to production.
• Represent Kowboy Fence as the face of the company in Louisville, building a reputation for craftsmanship and reliability.
