Job Title: Install Helper

Supervisor: Devin Santiago

Hours: Full-Time, OT when needed

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

Exempt / Non Exempt : Non Exempt/hourly

Salary/ Rate of Pay: $20+ DOE

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and organized HVAC Install Coordinator to join our team at Brody Pennell. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of HVAC installation projects, ensuring that installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination : Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation projects, including managing timelines, assigning tasks, and overseeing project progress.
• Team Management: Liaise with HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure that installation teams are properly equipped and informed about project requirements.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding installation schedules, project updates, and any issues or concerns.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, including schedules, work orders, and customer communications. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the installation process to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
• Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the installation process promptly and effectively.
• Resource Management : Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available and ready for each installation project.
• Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on project status, including any delays, issues, and completed installations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving installation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business management, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in HVAC, Solar, or Plumbing installation coordination or project management is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and installation processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with standard office equipment.
• Occasional extended hours or shifts may be required based on business needs.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for Extended Periods: Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for the majority of the workday.
• Typing and Data Entry: Proficiency in typing and using a computer mouse for data entry and communication tasks.
• Phone Usage: Ability to handle a headset or phone for extended periods.
• Visual Acuity: Good vision required for reading computer screens and documentation.
• Hearing: Ability to hear clearly through a headset or phone to effectively communicate with customers.
• Repetitive Motion: Frequent use of keyboard and mouse, which involves repetitive motion.
• Manual Dexterity: Adequate manual dexterity for handling phone equipment and performing data entry tasks.
