Contract
Description
BET YOU WON’T MAKE $100K THIS YEAR
Prove me wrong.
I’m hiring commission sales reps to sell exterior remodeling — roofing, siding, gutters — to homeowners with legitimate storm damage. Insurance pays for the work. You help homeowners navigate the process. Everybody wins.
Pittsburgh is one of the most active storm markets in the entire country. From Allentown to Westwood to Brighton Heights to South Oakland, hail and wind events light up the map every season. Our Pittsburgh operation has exploded in the last year — and we’re just getting started. The territory is massive and the demand is real.
What you get:
- Uncapped commissions — no salary cap, no politics, eat what you kill.
- Warm leads and storm-mapped territories so you’re not wandering around aimlessly.
- A national platform behind you (not a one-van operation).
- The ability to control your own schedule and income.
“But I’ve never sold roofing.”
Neither had half our team. We train from scratch. Some of our top producers came from restaurants, gyms, and the military. If you can talk to people and don’t quit when it gets hard, you’ll do fine.
“Is this one of those door-knocking scams?”
No. This is a PE-backed national platform with real brands, real CRM systems, real support staff, and real checks that clear. We’ve been doing this for years across multiple states.
All I need from you: coachability, hustle, and a reliable vehicle.
This is 123 Exteriors / Elite Construction Solutions — one of the largest exterior remodeling platforms in the country. Real infrastructure. Real training. Real money.
Interested? Shoot us a message. Worst case, you learn what a soffit is.
